- After you reserve your pier you will be redirected to our equipment intake form. Once this form is submitted you will be contacted by BBRO to coordinate shipping or delivery for your telescope. - When your telescope arrives at BBRO it will be added to our installation queue. You can expect full transparency on the timeline for when your telescope will be installed. - Once your telescope is installed you will receive an email notification from BBRO that includes a link to start your monthly hosting subscription.
Simply submit a ticket to cancel your subscription, disassembly fee is the same price as your reservation fee.

You should be able to run your equipment fully remote from your home before sending it to BBRO for remote operation, unless it has been communicated otherwise with us directly. Take detailed pictures of your rig set up before disassembling and packaging. Label all cables to streamline the installation process.
We highly recommend you insure your shipment. We will take pictures of all packages and gear upon arrival incase any disputes with the carrier might be necessary.
Everything should be disassembled and wrapped separately. Please never package counterweights with sensitive equipment, always pack heavy items separately.
Since we are in a very remote location, we currently accept shipments via UPS only. They are the most reliable in our area and we have a personal relationship with the delivery driver.
Basic tech support includes quick tasks such as reseating cables, taking lens caps on and off, dusting, etc.
Complex tech support would be more advanced tasks such as: tip tilt, collimation, etc.

Please send a 30' ethernet cable and a KASA power strip so that you can power cycle your equipment. If you cannot supply these we have supply on site that you can purchase at cost.
We highly recommend you send a UPS with your system, if you do not have one we have supply on site that you can purchase at cost.
We have flat panels on our rigs, and we recommend having one.
